The Yamhill Communications Agency (also known as YCOM) is the 911 and police/fire/EMS dispatch center for the majority of Yamhill County. When police or fire personnel respond to a call, they sometimes need to speak to responsible parties for area businesses. Examples of such incidents include a break-in or other problem at a business, smoke seen coming from a building, etc. To assist with contacting the appropriate personnel, YCOM maintains a database of information on individual businesses in our service area so that we are able to pass relevant info onto responders when there is an incident. To be included in this database, we ask that you fill out as much of this form as possible. It would also be helpful to us and responders if you re-send this form whenever there are changes to it.
